Iyengar Yoga is a form of yoga that emphasizes on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asnana) and
breath control (pranayama).
The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the poses. Iyengar yoga is one of the oldest and the most traditional forms of yoga.
It encourages usage of props such as blocks, ropes, bolsters and straps to help achieve the complete benefits of the asanas that you normally may not be able to achieve.
Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced yogini, a prenatal Yoga Practice can benefit throughout your pregnancy and also during the birthing process.
Lisa's pregnancy classes gently use Yoga Props for weight distribution and support. A pregnancy yoga sequence is focused on awareness of alignment. Alignment of body and mind.

Therapeutic yoga is defined as the application of yoga postures and practice to the treatment of various health conditions.
It involves instruction in yogic practices and teachings to prevent reduce or alleviate structural, physiological, emotional and spiritual pain, suffering or limitations.
